Addressing crucial needs such as mediation for families and mentorship for children, 75% of our programs are conducted within the communities we serve. Volunteer mentors are instrumental in cultivating profound relationships. Our vision extends to expanding these programs into more neighborhoods, challenging prevailing negative narratives.
Absolutely! Our monthly hope givers form the bedrock of Neighborhood Hope, with each donation making a significant impact. We provide essential support to Charlotte families weekly, understanding essential needs as fundamental to improved health, education, and economic opportunity.
Currently, Neighborhood Hope serves three neighborhoods within Charlotte: Parkwood East, Wallace Woods, and Meadow Oaks.
Yes, donations to Neighborhood Hope are tax-deductible as we operate under 501(c)(3) status. In January, we issue contribution statements for donations exceeding $250, while smaller amounts can be tracked using bank statements.
