Connect Nights

This is where community and connection happen. We organize activities and group sessions that bring volunteers and kids together, creating a space where everyone feels welcome. It’s about building relationships that can develop into mentorships.

Tutoring Program

Every child gets a personal tutor to help boost their reading skills. Using technology and personalized reading programs, we start with the basics and gradually tackle more complex literacy skills.

Summer of Hope

This K-8 program takes place during the summer to help prevent the “Summer Slide.” Students engage in small group activities for math, reading, STEM, Bible, and counseling. They are fed breakfast and lunch each day and enjoy team-building activities and games in the afternoons.

Options guides students through academic challenges, career exploration, and promotes work ethic. We’re always on the lookout for mentors, educators, and local businesses willing to invest in the future of Charlotte’s youth. This program is about opening doors and providing opportunities.
