Overview
We believe in the power of personal connections to transform lives. Connect Night is a program that creates an inviting environment for volunteers and kids to connect within a community context. Our conviction is that true change happens when we do life in the very communities we’re investing in.
What We Do
Together, we engage in free time activities such as basketball, jump rope, tag, etc., and share community meals. This opportunity focuses on creating an environment to further our oneness with the community, teach volunteers about the culture, and cultivate mentoring relationships. It expresses the very heart behind our organization.
Our Impact
Through this program, we serve three different communities in Charlotte. Together, we feed approximately 120 families per month and work to build individual relationships with each one of them.
Thursdays from 5:30pm - 7:00pm
1st and 3rd Thursdays:
Wallace Woods Apartments
